Review: This skirt is gorgeous! I like them! Neutral, with small, beautiful accents. It can be worn with various tops, and blouses. There is a petticoat, it does not shine through! Although the petticoat shines through, it does not interfere with the image! I recommend it - you won't regret it, especially at this price!
